Your privacy
This page explains what this website collects when you request a session, and what happens to it.
What we collect
Only contact details you choose to give in the request form: your name, phone number, whether you use WhatsApp, email (optional), country and city, whether you prefer in person or online, preferred language, how you heard about Dr. Heba, and the best time to reach you. The form does not ask for health information, and we ask you not to include any.
Why
To contact you about your request and arrange your first session. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Dr. Heba Haddara and the member of her team who arranges appointments.
Where it is stored
Your request is saved to a private Airtable base (Airtable) and sent to the clinic as an email notification through Resend, an email delivery service. If you choose a time online, your booking is handled by Cal.com, a scheduling service. These services may store data on servers outside Egypt.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within 12 months. If you do book, your contact details are kept for as long as the clinic needs them to arrange and follow up your appointments.
Visiting the site
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no cookies and does not identify you, and it does not receive anything you type into the form.
